1. How do I place an order with Wild Roots?
To place your order, simply use the links on the left side of the page to
navigate through the site. When you find something you want to
purchase, click on the Order Now button to place the item in your shopping
cart. Once you have made all of your selections, simply click on the View
Cart button to complete your order.

2. How soon will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 48 business hours (or we will notify you
via email). You will receive your order within 3 days of shipping. We ship
via U.S. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation so that you can track your
order.

3. How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, American Express and Paypal.
The website is secured by Paymentech and is 100% safe and secure.

Upon receipt of your money order we will ship your order immediately.

4. Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes - any unused item may be exchanged within 21 days from receipt of
your order. Please indicate the reason for your return and enclose a copy
of your receipt. You will receive a full refund, less the shipping and
handling. If you wish to have the item exchanged, please send a check to
cover shipping charges for your replacement item. Make sure to indicate

5. What is your privacy statement?
You are completely safe with us. We will not share your information with
anyone!

6. What are your shipping charges?
We ship all domestic and Canada ground orders via USPS Priority Mail
and charge a flat fee of $5.95 for shipping and $2.00 per item for
handling. We pay the ground shipping costs on all orders over $100.

We would also be happy to expedite shipments via 2nd Day Air. There is
a flat rate of $18.00 for this service for all items under 2 lbs. For packages
over 2 lbs, we will contact you with shipping charges prior to releasing your
order.
